Aero Club "Osijek " was founded in year 1926, but there is no data about aeromodelling until 1947, when after Second World War, the activites of whole Club were restored. At that time, free flight models were made, and also in '50 U-control models. In year 1971 the first RC models were constructed. Through all these years, our section provided few State representatives in category F1A, Wakefield F1B, and scale RC models F4C. 1961 was very important year because Aero Club "Osijek" organised State Championship in all classes F2 models, and in year 1972 one of the first competitions in category radio controlled sailplanes (F3B) was organised. In 1988 and 1989 State Chapionships were organised in class radio controlled models (F4C). Today occupation are free flight categories F1A, F1B and F1H, and radio controled models F3J and F4C.
